​1.       To purchase any item from Lucila’s Closet just fill up an order form. First come, first serve basis for we only have one stock per item. 

2.       Wait for the confirmation via email or text regarding your order and other necessary details. If you have not received an email or text within 48 hours please resend your order or notify us through text.

3.       Payments may be done through direct bank deposit on BDO (Banco de Oro) or G-cash. Bank or phone details will be sent along with the confirmation message. Once payment is done, email a scanned copy of the bank deposit slip or text the reference number of G-cash transaction.

4.       Meet ups must be scheduled 3 days ahead. *Note: the buyer will automatically be charged with 30php handling fee and will be added to the total bill. We will only schedule meet ups once full payment is received. 

5.       Meet up point: McDonalds, Pamplona, Las Pinas City
Time of meet up will be sent via text. *Note: time and date of meet up are subject to change during bad weather conditions, emergencies and schedule conflicts*

6.       Reservations are good for only three (3) days. Reservation is void if buyer fails to settle payment within three (3) days and item/s will be available for the next customer in line. Failure of customer to settle payments two (2) times in a row will be considered as bogus buyers and will be banned from ordering or buying any items.

7.       There are no cancellation of orders. Buyers must be 110% sure when ordering items.

8.       Shipping and deliveries.
Lucila’s Closet only ships through Xend express. 

Xend express’ cut-off time is 2pm (Monday-Sunday) so settle your payments before 1pm.

A tracking number will be sent through email or text once pick up is done by the courier. To check status of shipped items go to http://www.xendexpress.com/Default.aspx# and enter your tracking number.

Expect delivery within 1-3 days.

Within Metro Manila: +60php shipping fee on the first 1kg (Rates are subject to 12% VAT)

Provincial deliveries: +100php shipping fee on the first 1kg (Rates are subject to 12% VAT)

9.        Lucila’s Closet is not liable for any loss, damages or delay during transit of items.

10.      All items are on hand and brand new.

11.    There may be a slight difference between the actual piece and the picture due to lighting and editing.
